Shipping policy

Look, we’re called Running Late for a reason… but we promise we’ve got this shipping thing under control.

• Where we ship: Right now we only ship within the UK, and some products to Ireland (sorry international pals, one day we’ll get our passports in order).

 

• When we ship: Orders go out once a week on Fridays, because the best things take time. We're a small team in a tiny space, and so to offer the quality and consistancy that we want to get to you guys we allocate a day a week to post you your goodies. Thank you for your patience!

 

• How long it takes: Once your parcel leaves us, it should be with you in 2 working days (Royal Mail willing).

 

• Festive Period 2025: Order by 14th December for delivery by Christmas (UK only). We will not be shipping any orders after 14th December until early January 2026.

 

• Delivery options: Standard UK tracked shipping, £3 in the UK and £8.99 to Ireland.

 

• Bag drop in real life: If you’re local, skip the postman and come say hi at the café instead.

We pack everything with care, caffeine, and usually a bit of tape stuck to our fingers. If something goes wrong (lost socks?), drop us a line at hello@runninglate.uk and we’ll sort it.
